This was an extensive stakeholder engagement and Co-Creation project to define a digital platform that address a major socital problem.
Our task was to facilitate user and stakeholder research across 7 EU regions and to Co-Create a digital platform capable of resolving this issue.
We developed user research and Co-Design methodologies to investigate the reasons why this anomaly was occurring. We collected data from 671 questionaires, 17 workshops and 50 interviews. In particular we looked at why traditional recruitment practices were failing the sector form an engagement perspective. We discovered a fundamental mismatch between the aspirations of young people and the traditional practices and approaches of employers in the sector. We recommended an engagement approach that focuses on a more progressive than transactional approach to recruitment.
We facilitated a week long Co-Creation session with the regional partners - investigating the research data from the perspective of Personas and Co-Designing the solution based on our Evidence Led Design approach.
We created a behavioural model, that distributed contextual articles, challenges and motivational nudges based on the user’s cycling behaviour and browsing activity.
